Welcome to an exciting 3-month Volunteer Internship program, offering an ultimate life-changing experience in Europe. You’ll live, learn, and coexist in an international environment close to the vibrant cities of Hamburg, Hanover, and Bremen. Throughout the program, you’ll have the chance to develop outdoor skills through intensive training and leadership development. Camp Europe is committed to fostering personal and professional growth through an immersive experiential learning process.
- Intensive International Camp Counselor Training
Program runs from mid-April/mid-May to August or mid-June to early October

Camp Europe presents an enriching 3-month internship opportunity, spanning from mid-April or mid-May to late August, or from mid-June to late September/early October, across various campsite locations in Germany, Ireland, England, Spain, and Italy. Interns gain experience in setting up summer camp programs, acting as camp counselors or program specialists, and contributing to the campsite’s operations during the takedown week. This internship blends hands-on work with the vibrant energy of an international atmosphere.

Our 3-month internship offers a rich experience combining outdoor education with youth mentorship. Start in mid-spring and work through summer or from summer to mid-fall, engaging with international school kids outside the peak summer season. Gain hands-on leadership experience in organizing camp activities, from team-building to outdoor adventures. You’ll also enjoy travel opportunities and basic accommodation across Europe’s most beautiful campsites.
