Outdoor Education Diploma - Contract

Both parties agree on the following:


1. Duration of the apprenticeship Training for the Outdoor Education Diploma begins on:

March 9th and ends on September 21st, 2025.


2. Probation The trainee will be on a trial period of eight weeks. In the event that the participant’s performance during the trial period is not satisfactory, a placement will not be offered and the agreement will be revoked within a legal deadline of two weeks.


3. Training Areas. The trainee will obtain full active training in different program areas such as:

- ERCA certified High ropes safety course

- Language workshops

- Counselling and care of children and adolescents

- Outdoor training and experiential learning activities

- Logistics and organization of Outdoor Camps and Trainings

- Outdoor Education Centers Food & Beverage Management, Catering and Housekeeping

- General Campsite set up, material and equipment preparation.


4. Training Centers - The trainee will have the opportunity to undergo diverse training sessions at different Outdoor Education locations, such as Walsrode, Gadow, Regen and other camp locations in Europe. The trainee is obligated to follow the instructions of the training center’s managers. Full room and board is provided throughout the entire program.


5. General obligations of the trainee The trainee commits to perform the required duties as assigned by the training center’s managers and is aware that assigned tasks may be in a wide range of program areas and departments within the Training Centre.


Secondary employment requires a written permission of the training center.

  • The trainee is obligated to maintain secrecy for an unlimited period about all confidential information becoming accessible to him/her during the program.

  • The trainee commits to refrain from doing anything that would cause damage to the training facility.

  • The trainee agrees to notify the training center of any changes in his/her personal circumstances that might affect his/her participation. Special importance must be given to change of address, change of marital status, change in his/her health condition, etc.

  • 6.Deposit and allowance The trainee is required to pay a deposit of 500€ (Transfer Fund Fees (TFF) may apply for international transfers)  before starting the program. This deposit will be fully returned at the end of the program. It will not be reimbursed if the trainee cancels the program. 


7. The monthly allowance is 300 Euro. The training weeks are not remunerated. The first allowance will be paid at the end of the month of April.


8. Time off - Leave of absence will be granted under the statutory provisions. Usually, a trainee has 30-35 days off throughout the program.


9. Working prevention/incapacity The trainee is required to notify the training center immediately in case of a need of absence or incapacity stating the reasons and the expected duration. In case of incapacity to perform due to illness, a medical certificate of incapacity needs to be presented to the training center managers, stating the length and duration of the given incapacity.


10. Obligation to return The trainee is obliged to return all training resources, documents and other objects belonging the training center, which are given to him/her during his/her performance period. This includes personal records, materials or equipment to which the trainee had access to, in regardsto the provisions of training services.


11. Contract changes Additions and changes to this contract must be in writing.


12. Issue of a copy of the contract The trainee is to be handed a copy of the training contract.

4. Access and Correction: Applicants have the right to request access to their personal information collected during the 6MC process and to necessary. To exercise these rights, please contact infoqcampeurope.net.


5. Third-Party Services: If third-party services are used for the electronic signing process, applicants are advised to review the privacy policy and terms of service of those providers for additional information on the handling of personal data.

By electronically signing this 6MC, the applicant acknowledges that they have read and understood this disclaimer and agrees to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as outlined herein.
